Important Notes on Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in item prices or shipping fees.
- These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- We do not accept cancellations, claims, or returns due to customs-related fees.
- Exception – For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption (< USD 800) will be removed.
For U.S. orders, we now ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are already included in your checkout total.
No payment is required upon delivery.
* No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese National Holidays
Shipping Carriers
- We mainly use DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
- To China, we ship via EMS (Japan Post) only.
- Shipments to Remote Areas (as designated by DHL/FedEx) will be handled by Yamato Transport and transferred to UPS after departure from Japan.
- We currently do not ship to Russia due to international restrictions.
Remote Area Surcharge (DHL/FedEx)
This fee applies when delivering to locations that are distant or difficult to access.
If you prefer DHL or FedEx even when your address is classified as a Remote Area, please contact us.
An additional surcharge will be required in such cases.
